Warning: One of the prime sources of food poisoning is food from caterers. Thats not surprising; when you're cooking for hundreds of people at once in temporary facilities, there are a lot of foods that will end up sitting around getting warm and growing bacteria, and the preparers will probably get a little sloppy with the sanitizing. In other words, don't eat the not-quite-hot-enough pork or the half-cooked scrambled eggs. And NEVER eat the chopped liver. (MSNBC)
