You would think that a double-decker bus driver would, after several years of driving a particular route, know a) not to deviate from that route, b) which bridges have enough clearance for the vehicle, and c) how to stop the bus when approaching an overpass too low for the bus. In this case, the bus driver, running the same Philadelphia-to-Toronto route he regularly drove, went a different way, and rammed the overpass, leaving four dead and many hurt. No idea why he did that. Maybe the double-decker thing is a bad idea outside of, say, London. (WSYR-TV/Syracuse)
