What year is this? 2010? Okay, then, if that's the case, why is some guy named Dr. Wesley Scroggins campaigning to ban some books from public schools in Springfield, MO because they "teach evolution" and are "contrary to the Bible," meaning that they are, in his estimation, filthy? Including "Slaughterhouse Five," which is, by any measure, a classic? Seriously, dude, if you have a problem with, like, science and creativity, send your kids to church school or home-school them. Public school isn't religious. Oh, and this guy is an "assistant professor at Missouri State University." That speaks volumes about the level of education at Missouri State University.
