Big Time Rush
Dec 5, 2011
Big Time Rush will be hitting the road beginning late February 2012 for the "Better With U Tour." Fans will be able to see the music and TV sensations, on hiatus from their hit series, as they embark on their first-ever headlining multi-city concert tour performing new songs in support of their album, Elevate, released on Nov. 21. Big Time Rush will begin their electrifying tour in Las Vegas and will travel to major cities including a major performance at New York's famed Radio City Music Hall.
Elevate is the highly anticipated follow-up to the group's debut, 2010's gold-certified BTR, which has scanned over 1 million albums worldwide. To date, Big Time Rush - Kendall Schmidt, James Maslow, Carlos Pena Jr. and Logan Henderson - have sold over 3 million combined digital tracks worldwide.
Now in its second season, Big Time Rush - which follows four best friends from Minnesota who trade in their hockey sticks for music superstardom in Los Angeles -- averages 4.1 million total viewers (+9%, over season one). The launch of the hit series on Nickelodeon drew 6.8 million viewers, making it the most watched live-action series premiere in the network's history.
