BRIEF CAREER SYNOPSIS:
I’ll keep it short… interned my way up to on-air at KMEL in San Francisco then moved to Sacramento to for an MD/afternoons position and now I’m a PD in Fort Myers/Naples, FL. It’s been a wild ride!
1. What got you into radio?
My face...it's not meant for TV.
2. What did you dream of becoming when you were a kid?
Batman
3. What was the biggest change in the move from California to Florida?
The amount of UV protection I needed and how to understand Spanish with people that speak it at a faster pace.
4. What's been the most difficult part of programming during this pandemic?
That certain rules and regulations don’t apply here in Florida but you still want to keep it safe.
5. What's pandemic taught you about yourself?
I should probably learn how to cook more.
6. What would probably surprise people about living and working in Ft. Myers?
With so many people moving to this area, it is becoming a cultural melting pot, so it makes the variety of music a lot more fun to program.
7. If you were not in radio, what do you think you would be doing professionally?
Working at Disney as a character…probably Stitch or Baby Yoda.

American Idol when Simon Cowell was on there but for now, I’ll go with The Voice.
10. Pandemic aside, what would you like to do better as a programmer in 2021?
Challenge my team to be the best they can be and continue to grow in the industry. I would also like to use my experience from living on both sides of the country to create some cool events, promotions and experiences for our listeners on a national level.

If you had to eat one type of meal every day for a month, what would it be?
A chicken sandwich wars taste tester would be cool but if I’m going healthy then it’s sushi all day every day (substitute rice with avocado).
