BRIEF CAREER SYNOPSIS:
I worked at KPWR (Power 106)/Los Angeles on the Flava Unit from 1999 to 2004. From March 2004 to now, I've been working at the #1 station in the Coachella Valley...KKUU/Palm Springs!!!
1. What was your last non-Industry job?
I worked at the Cheese Cake Factory. I loved those cheese cakes!
2. Why Radio?
I've been doing this for ten years now, why not....
3. You've advanced to APD/MD/afternoons at KKUU. What primary thing has provided you with the motivation to keep moving up at KKUU?
It's got to be learning. I promise you, I learn something new everyday.
4. Where do you see yourself in five years?
I may be either in another market doing what I do or running my own station.
5. What's your favorite part of your gig?
There's just something about cracking that microphone that gives me the chills.
6. Who are some of your friends/network in radio?
I have a lot, but to just name a few...Big Bear, Artie Gentile, Sonny D, Glenn Aure, Lee L'Heureux and I can't forget Pete Jones.
7. You've worked closely with Ant Dog, your PD, for many years now. What secret about Ant can you share that he may not want you to?
Man, he's a best friend of mine. I plead the 5th!
8. It's midnight on SATURDAY night in Palm Springs. Where do we go to find you?
If I don't have a club, I'm at home doing a midnight fish fry.
9. In 2009, what area of your "game" do you want to improve?
Honestly, anything and everything. I believe we all can use improvement in certain areas. Even areas we think we are good at. There's always room to be great.
10. Let's say you're auditioning for American Idol...what song would you sing?
"On Last Cry" by Brain McKnight (lol)

Hypothetically, if you could pick an artist or band to perform at your wedding (and do all the traditional songs like the Chicken Dance) who would you pick?
The Ying Yang Twins. I think they would be great!
