BRIEF CAREER SYNOPSIS:

All here at the cluster! I started as a Board Op in 99. I got Nights at KFTE in 01, Music Director in 02, and then moved to Mornings, APD/MD in 03 when we turned on KRKA (Hot 107-9). I took over the PD position around June of 07

1. What got you into radio?

Love of Music, I've been mobile dj'ing since the mid 90's and still doing it now. That kept me up to date on all music. Then decided I wanted to dabble in radio and here I am.

2. To date, what is the highlight of your radio career?

Being promoted to Program Director at KRKA.

3. Time is flying by. You've been the PD at KRKA for over a year now. What has been the biggest surprise about the job?

Managing time...I think I'm doing a pretty good job. I still do mornings so I'm here early and gone at a decent time in the afternoon. Not many days go by where I feel like I forgot to do something. I also have a great staff surrounding me so that always helps. I think I'm getting better at multi-tasking, right now I'm doing the 10 questions, my quarterly issues, talking to Scott Mannis on the phone, and dealing with a Account Executive, all at the same time...oh, and I'm eating lunch too...Love our Vending machine, Ruffles Loaded Baked Potato Chips are the Best!

4. How's your MD, Digital coming along?

Very well, he has an ear for what's HOT! Always eager to learn something new and soaks up all the info he can, he's good with Selector too, that takes some of the load off my shoulders.

5. Lil Wayne and T.I. were massive to Rhy-Crossover radio in 2008. Where do you look in 2009?

Lil Wayne and T.I...oh and also T-Pain and Akon.

6. Not that a PD has much spare time but what do you do with yours?

Well let's see, I try to spend as much time with my wife and 2 kids as possible. I also coach my son's sports teams, and I love that. I also dj in the clubs a bit and with my Mobile dj service too...Not much spare time in the Logan household, so when I do have it, it's with the family

7. You end up "Lost" on a deserted island. You have 10 years worth of batteries for your CD player but only one CD. Which CD would you want to have?

Oooooooooh......tough one, if it would be right now, I think it would be Kanye's 808 and Heartbreak

8. If you're talking to someone not real familiar with the geography and personality of Lafayette, LA, how would you relate it to New Orleans?

Somewhat similar, Lafayette is a college town with a very active student body. I consider Lafayette a party town, which in its own way is similar to the New Orleans party atmosphere, maybe just a little more "family friendly. We have a downtown area with bars and clubs that somewhat resembles Bourbon St., too (minus the breasts)

9. I think you were still building your new house the last time we did 10 Questions. Is it done? Happy with it?

Yes, Very happy. It's been a little over a year now, plus I live on Happy Street, what's better than that?

10. Hypothetically speaking...Digital is the last man on earth, who would you like to be the last woman for Digital to begin re-populating the planet?

Wow....this is a tough one....Britney Spears?

Has being a PD been everything you thought it would be...so far?

Yes, I have to think so. I'm looking forward to everything this job will throw at me. I'm the kind of guy that's up for new challenges and willing to take on new ones.
