BRIEF CAREER SYNOPSIS:
I'm not sure I could do it 'briefly'
1.What was your last non-Industry job?
Tile & Grout technician. I wouldn't recommend it
2. Why Radio?
I guess it's always been in my blood. I used to interview my grandparents on my Fisher-Price radio.
3. Five years ago...would you have guessed Albany?
Certainly not me! I tend to migrate towards warmer climates.
4. Where do you see yourself in five years?
I have always hated that question... What? Is this a job interview?
5. Is there a part of the U.S. that you haven't lived in but would like to?
The North East was really the last region I hadn't worked in... But San Diego sounds nice right about now. (we have our first sign of winter today - snow flurries)
6. The holidays are a busy season for radio stations. You have your usual heavy promotional calendar plus so many "warm fuzzy" promotions going. What's the most fulfilling "warm fuzzy" holiday promotion you've been involved with?
Holidays schmolidays... Bah humbug!
7. Who do you consider to be your mentor(s)?
I would probably give a lot of credit (or blame) to my first PD, Susan Moore. I feel like she taught me a lot.
8. It's midnight on SATURDAY night in Albany. Where do we go to find you?
Sadly... probably at home
9. In 2010, what area of your "game" do you want to improve?
Um... maybe organization. And focus... I'm sorry what were we talking about? I had it here somewhere.. *shuffles papers*
10. If you were to leave Radio today and you could choose any other occupation, what would it be?
Tropical island owner... is that an occupation??
Bonus Questions
Let's say you're auditioning for American Idol...what song would you sing?
Ha! I would never!! But I guess maybe something by Sinatra or Harry Connick Jr.
