Ariana Grande-Butera known professionally as Ariana Grande, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress.
She began her career in the Broadway musical 13, before landing the role of Cat Valentine on the Nickelodeon television series Victorious in 2009. After the show ended, Grande rose to prominence as a teen idol on her own spinoff, Sam & Cat, which ended in 2014.
Grande's music career began with the soundtrack Music from Victorious (2011). She signed a recording contract with Republic Records, which released her debut studio album, Yours Truly (2013), which debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200. The album's lead single, "The Way", became a top ten hit on the Billboard Hot 100 with critics comparing her wide vocal range to Mariah Carey.
Grande's second studio album, My Everything (2014), also reached number one in the United States, and contained the hit singles "Problem" and "Break Free". Some of her achievements include New Artist of the Year at the 2013 American Music Awards, Favorite Breakout Artist at the 40th People's Choice Awards, Breakthrough Artist of the Year by the Music Business Association, "Best Pop Video" at the 2014 2014 MTV Video Music Awards, "Best Song", "Best Female" at the 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards, and two Grammy Awards nominations for Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Collaboration. With songs "Break Free", "Problem", "Bang Bang", and "Love Me Harder", she has spent 34 straight weeks in the top ten of the Billboard Hot 100.[5] These singles also gave Grande the most top 10 singles of 2014, with a total of four.
"One Last Time" is the latest single from Ariana Grande. The song was first released free on the iTunes on August 22, 2014 as the second promotional single from Grande's second studio album My Everything (2014). It was written by David Guetta, Savan Kotecha, Giorgio Tuinfort, Rami Yacoub and Carl Falk, and produced by Falk, Rami, Ilya, Tuinfort and Kotecha. On February 10, 2015, "One Last Time" will be sent to the contemporary hit radio as the fourth single from the album.

This made Grande the first female artist to have their debut record debut in the peak position since Animal by Kesha in January 2010, and the fifteenth female artist overall.
In January 2014, Grande confirmed reports that recording had begun for her second studio album and has been working with Ryan Tedder and Benny Blanco.
On March 24, 2014 Grande confirmed that she had completed her second studio album. The lead single from the album is titled "Problem," and will be premiered on April 27, 2014. The song features Australian rapper Iggy Azalea. Grande's latest single is entitled, " Love Me Harder (feat. The Weeknd)."
