Jake Thistle

Hailing from New Jersey, Singer Songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Jake Thistle returns with his crooning vocals in a stripped version of his first single "Ghosted Road".  Thistle, an 18-year musician, is known for his intoning vocals and wise lyrical expressions well beyond his years. Thistle's first single "Ghosted Road" was released in tandem with Gold'n Retriever Records in December 2022, and was named Indie Boulevards Americana Song of the Year.  

Thistle knew he wanted to be a musician at the young age of three, and by the age of nine, he was shredding guitar like one of the greats.  Things have come full circle for Thistle, he has played alongside some of his largest musical inspirations like the Heartbreakers and John Hiatt. He has also been on bills with the likes of Jackson Browne, Stevie Nicks, Foo Fighters, and The Lumineers.  Thistle's encapsulating and sultry vocals are even more present in this stripped version of "Ghosted Road". Listeners can experience the raw and earthy emotions Thistle puts into every piece he writes.  With more music slated for Spring of 2023 and a string of performances at iconic music venues such as The Wonder Bar, Thistle is undoubtedly THE rising star to watch of 2023. "
