Andre Mieux is a classically trained pianist and emerging singer/songwriter from Los Angeles. He recently released his debut album 'All I Really Want,' along with the visual for the lead single "Bedroom Lovers."
"I wrote my first single, Bedroom Lovers because I wanted to bring back that authentic R&B sound. I wanted to start a movement that combines the sounds and melodies of Marvin Gaye, R. Kelly, and Jodeci with an influence of today's production and writing style. " says Andre.
Following a successful start to his young career, A.M.X. was ready to turn heads as a solo artist. In 2011, A.M.X. broke major ground in his career by collaborating with Snoop Dogg on the single "You Made Me Change My Number". His hit song "Let Me Be The One" gained international attention when it was covered by South Korean boy band SS501 and went platinum. His career continued to soar when in April 2012, A.M.X. charted at Number 4 on the Next Big Sound Top 25 Billboard List. In May 2012, he opened for some of R&B's most cherished artists such as Boyz II Men, Ginuwine, SWV, Dru Hill, and Joe during a tour in the U.K.
A.M.X.'s unique approach is inspired by icons like Michael Jackson and R. Kelly. A.M.X.'s early accomplishments have generated anticipation in his newly-released mixtape "Broken Halo", which features collaborations with Sean Brown, Shorty Mac and Bizzy Bone. A.M.X.'s future is bright and keeps fans eagerly waiting for what he will bring next.
