The NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BROADCASTERS spent more than $3.2 million to lobby Congress in Q3. That's down from about $3.4 million a year ago and in the second quarter, reports THE WASHINGTON POST.
High on the radio agenda was pushing for a federal mandate that would require all new cellphones to come with a built-in FM radio chip.
