PACIFIC BROADCASTING OF MISSOURI, LLC is selling Classic Hits KYRK (106.5 THE SHARK)/TAFT-CORPUS CHRISTI, TX to WITHERS FAMILY TEXAS HOLDINGS, LP for $10,000 and forgiveness of $168,000 in debt.
In other filings with the FCC, SANDRA UPCHURCH COTHRAN, executrix for the late BRAD COTHRAN, is selling Classic Rock WAGR-F (CLASSIC ROCK 102.5)/LEXINGTON, MS and Religion WXTN-A/BENTON, MS to DONALD and KATHY LOCKETT's HOLMES COUNY BROADCASTING CO., LLC for $250,000 plus an LMA before closing. Former owner BRAD COTHRAN died in 2009.
SANTA RITA RADIO is selling the construction permit for a new noncommercial FM at EDEN. TX to LA PROMESA FOUNDATION for $7,500.
RADIO ASSIST MINISTRY, INC. is selling FM translator K290BS/BATESVILLE, AR to SAGA COMMUNICATIONS OF ARKANSAS, LLC for $21,000 ($5,000 down, the rest due when and if an application to move the translator to a new site in JONESBORO, AR).
