The quote is taken from a recent article about how this CEO has exceeded investor expectations in an economy that has been quite shaky and he identifies social media as a "game changer."
LEWIS says, "Just as NIKE is an extraordinary brand, radio also has bigger than life brands, yet many times when we only look at our audience based on what they can do for us. Often, we come up short in the goal of growing effective brands and creating loyal, motivated relationships."
