You can excuse ROADRUNNER VP/Promo JOHN BOULOS for rooting for the Haitian soccer team as it tries to qualify for the OLYMPICS this week. First of all, his father, JOHN "FRENCHY" BOULOS, was born in the impoverished country, and was inducted into the U.S. SOCCER HALL OF FAME. But most of all, BOULOS' daughter, KIM, is playing for the Haitian soccer team.
Weeks after the Haitian earthquake killed 30 members of its Football Federation, including the women's team's coach. BOULOS and a friend, also of Haitian heritage, sent the new coach an e-mail asking what they could do to help, such as raise funds or send equipment. They were asked to come and play.
