Martz Communications Pulls The Plug On Its Two Detroit Stations

MARTZ COMMUNICATIONS GROUP is shutting down their two stations in DETROIT, Smooth Jazz FM translator W284BQ (104.7 THE OASIS) and Alternative Rocker translator W232CA and WGPR-HD3 (94.3 THE BONE), based on financial issues.

On its FACEBOOK page, 104.7 THE OASIS shared with listeners, "All good things must come to an end. We're sorry to say that THE OASIS has ceased operations today. Thanks for your support DETROIT. You're the best."

94.3 THE BONE posted a similar note, "All good things must come to an end. We're sorry to say that THE BONE has ceased operations today. Thanks for your support DETROIT. You're the best."
