Peak Broadcasting Takes Another Step Towards Emerging From Bankruptcy

PEAK BROADCASTING OF BOISE LICENSES, LLC, debtor-in-possession, is transferring its BOISE and FRESNO clusters into a trust. The PEAK TRUST is headed by trustee CLAUDIA SIEGLE HORN. In its filing with the FCC, PEAK said that the move is the second step in a three-step process of emerging from bankruptcy, with the third being the transfer of the licenses to subsidiaries of a newly-created entity, PEAK II HOLDING LLC.
In other filings with the FCC, RAMS I is selling the construction permit for a new AM at PRESCOTT VALLEY, AZ to 1TV.COM, INC. for $20,000. The buyer owns three other stations in ARIZONA and an FM translator, and principal JOHN LOW owns five translators under the banner of sister company ROCKET RADIO, INC.
XANA HD SOLUTIONS, LLC is selling Classic Country KRKZ-A and AC KBDB-F/FORKS, WA to FORKS BROADCASTING, INC. for $50,000.
And CHISHOLM TRAIL BROADCASTING LLC has requested a Silent STA for KKAW/ALBIN, WY due to equipment failure.
