CBS RADIO Sales and ENTERCOM RADIO Sales has promoted JANINE QUINTANA to VP/Sales in NEW YORK; TIFFANY BAROCAS to Sr. Account Exec. in NEW YORK; and JULIE GALLEY QUARM to Sr. Account Exec. in DALLAS.
