Unlike comic actor SASHA BARON CHOEN, who was banned because he wanted to show up as his "Dictator" alter ego, ELLEN was dismissed after she Twit-pic'd her credential.

She was supposed to be one of the three on-camera hosts for KTLA-TV/LOS ANGELES Red Carpet Oscar special; ELLEN also does the nightly feature on KTLA title "Inside Hollywood." Undeterred, she will nonetheless be tweeting about the Oscar Red Carpet from afar, while cheering for KIIS morning co-host RYAN SEACREST, who is the host of E!s Red Carpet.
