STAA Launches Sportscasting Career Advice Web Series

SPORTSCASTERS TALENT AGENCY OF AMERICA has launched a new weekly web video series with career advice from leading industry professionals.
STAAtv, which launches this week and is available both through iTUNES and on STAA's website staatalent.com, features two- to five-minute interviews with sports broadcasters and executives. The debut week's clips include talks with UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA play-by-play broadcaster DAVE KOEHN, HUBBARD Sports WXOS (101 ESPN)/ST. LOUIS personality ZACH MCCRITE, LEARFIELD SPORTS Broadcast Manager TOM BOMAN, and WASHINGTON NATIONALS TV voice BOB CARPENTER. New episodes will post on TUESDAYs.
"STAAtv is part of our ongoing effort to provide career building resources to sports broadcasters," said STAA CEO JON CHELESNIK. "You don't have to be an STAA client to enjoy STAAtv. It's free to everyone. In fact, users can embed the videos on their blogs, websites, FACEBOOK pages or wherever they wish."
