CBS RADIO Hot AC KSCF (SOPHIE 103.7)/SAN DIEGO will be flipping to Top 40 "ENERGY 103.7" TODAY at 5p. Programming and presentation of the station are being overseen by PD CHARESE FRUGE and CBS RADIO SVP/Programming KEVIN WEATHERLY.

According to the press release, ENERGY 103.7 plans to "combine the power of its on-air position with myriad online and digital applications creating a full 360-degree audio and visual experience for teens and Adults 18-34."
