Ventura Brokered-Program Host Pleads Guilty To Real Estate Fraud

A real estate agent who co-hosted weekend brokered real estate shows on GOLD COAST Talk KVTA-A/PORT HUENEME-VENTURA, CA has pleaded guilty to real estate fraud charges, reports the VENTURA COUNTY STAR. KENNETH A. POWELL, who hosted brokered shows "ACADEMY OF REAL ESTATE," "MONEY INTELLIGENCE," and "THE KEN AND KATIE SHOW" on KVTA, was accused with KATIE ROSE and PAUL CHARLES LASCOLA of taking $3 million from victims; he admitted committing 15 felonies, according to the STAR.
POWELL will be sentenced on JULY 31st in VENTURA COUNTY Superior Court. KVTA GM CHIP EHRHARDT told the STAR that the station had "issues" with POWELL and ROSE and "they parted on less than good terms."
