Entravision Pres./COO Philip Wilkinson Steps Down

ENTRAVISION COMMUNICATIONS Pres./COO PHILIP C. WILKINSON has notified the Company that he was resigning as an officer and employee of the Company and all of the Company's affiliated and subsidiary entities, effective as of MAY 31st. WILKINSON will remain a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
In a for 8K filed with the SEC, the company disclosed WILKINSON "entered into a Consulting Agreement with the Company, effective APRIL 25th, 2012. The term of the Agreement is effective as of APRIL 25th, 2012 and will continue through DECEMBER 31st, 2013, unless earlier terminated pursuant to the terms of the Agreement."
WILKINSON will be paid $65,833 per month, plus premium payments for health care benefit coverage and life and disability insurance policies. The Company will also pay WILKINSON an automobile allowance of $2,000 each month.
