Bluegrass Great Everett Lilly Passes Away

ALL ACCESS sends condolences to the family and friends of Bluegrass artist CHARLEY EDWIN “EVERETT” LILLY’s who passed away TUESDAY (5/8) at his home in CLEAR CREEK, WV at the age of 87. EVERETT was a part of THE LILLY BROTHERS, along with his brother BEA LILLY. The LILLY BROTHERS were inducted into the IBMA BLUEGRASS HALL OF FAME and the WEST VIRGINIA MUSIC HALL OF FAME. BEA passed away in 2005.

EVERETT has also performed with his sons as EVERETT LILLY AND THE LILLY MOUNTAINEERS. 

A wake is planned for SATURDAY (5/12) and the funeral will be held on SUNDAY (5/13).
