The RUSH LIMBAUGH bronze bust that now sits in the MISSOURI State Capitol rotunda is being watched by a $1,100 security camera paid for by tax money, reports the ASSOCIATED PRESS. The camera was installed due to concerns of vandalism, said MISSOURI House Clerk ADAM CRUMBLISS. The hall is already overseen by another existing security camera, although LIMBAUGH's is the only bust to have its own camera.
For his part, LIMBAUGH said that coverage in the media "may be the first time on record we have found a journalist upset with government spending."
LIMBAUGH's induction into the Hall of Famous Missourians was a controversial move by House Republicans in the wake of the SANDRA FLUKE controversy.
