Court Offers Curb Continuance In Court Snaggle With Tim McGraw

The legal battles between BIG MACHINE RECORDS artist TIM McGRAW, and his former label CURB continue. YESTERDAY (6/28), CURB’s motion for continuance was granted by a NASHVILLE court, allowing an early JULY trial date to be postponed.
The trial is a breach of contract case by CURB, saying the artist didn’t fulfill his obligations to the label. As ALL ACCESS reported last NOVEMBER (NET NEWS 11/30/11), McGRAW was granted the freedom to record elsewhere, and has since joined BIG MACHINE.
An appeal will be heard by the court on JULY 27th.
