Price For Renda-Tyler OKC Deal $40 Million

Yesterday's news about TYLER BROADCASTING CORP. buying the RENDA BROADCASTING OKLAHOMA CITY cluster and selling two of its own stations to WPA RADIO LLC (NET NEWS 7/16) didn't come accompanied with prices, but now that the deals have shown up in the FCC database, the contracts show TYLER paying $40 million for Classic Hits KOMA, Talk KOKC-A, Classic Rock KRXO, and AC KMGL (MAGIC 94.1)/OKLAHOMA CITY and getting $1.6 million from WPA for Talk daytimer KTLR-A/OKLAHOMA CITY and Country KKNG-F (KING COUNTRY 97.3)/BLANCHARD-OKLAHOMA CITY.
In other filings with the FCC, GARY KATZ AND JERRIE RINDAHL-KATZ are selling their joint 50% interest in SIERRA RADIO, INC., licensee of Adult Hits KAJK (JACK FM)/SUSANVILLE, CA; Classic Rock KTOR (99.7 THE TORCH)/WESTWOOD, CA; KGXX/SUSANVILLE, CA; Variety KVXX/QUINCY, CA; and a construction permit for a new AM at SUSANVILLE, CA, to partner TOM HUTH for $359,760 in a promissory note with no money down and 72 monthly installments.
TIM JAKUBOWSKI is selling his 51% interest in DKS COMMUNICATIONS, INC., licensee of Adult Hits WDKM/ADAMS-WISCONSIN DELLS, WI, to 49% partner NICHOLAS SEGINA for $50,000.
