ROSER COMMUNICATIONS NETWORK, INC. is selling AC simulcast WRCK-A/REMSEN, NY and WUTQ-A and W238CA/UTICA to FRANK ABBADESSA and THOMAS COYNE's GOOD GUYS BROADCASTING CORPORATION for $350,000. Under the deal, the buyers will change WRCK to WADR-A (that station's former calls) and WUTQ-A to WUSP-A, with ROSER retaining the WRCK calls for another station.
In other filings with the FCC, PARTNERSHIP MINISTRIES, INC., D/B/A PASSION COMMUNICATIONS is selling Contemporary Christian-Top 40 WPRJ (101.7 FUSE FM)/COLEMAN, MI and FM translator W244BS/ALMA, MO to SPIRIT COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $100,000 plus an LMA before closing.
SKYNET HAWAII, LLC is selling FM translator K264AV/WAIMEA, HI to WP MEDIA LENDING, LLC fr $5,000.
THE RAFTT CORP. has filed for a Silent STA for KEOR/CATOOSA, OK to enable technical changes and build out a construction permit.

CROSSROADS INVESTMENTS LLC is reportedly selling Oldies WAXI/TERRE HAUTE to DAVE CROOKS' DLC MEDIA INC., according to the TERRE HAUTE TRIBUNE-STAR. CROOKS tells the paper he plans to move the station back to focusing on its community of license, ROCKVILLE, IN, and will add a local morning show; he worked at the station as an AE in 1983.
