BILL BINNIE's WBIN MEDIA CO., INC. is spinning Classical WBQI (W-BACH)/BAR HARBOR, ME, one of the stations it acquired from bankrupt NASSAU BROADCASTING, to BLUEBERRY BROADCASTING, LLC for $100,000.
In other filings with the FCC, CHRISTIAN MIX RADIO, INC. is selling noncommercial Contemporary Christian WYCM/CHARLTON, MA to EPIC LIGHT NETWORK, INC. for $500 plus amounts if the station is resold within the first three years after closing, ranging from $275,000 in the first year to $200,00 in the third year.
GAYLORD ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY has applied to the Commission to assign Country WSM-A/NASHVILLE to new wholly-owned subsidiary RYMAN HOSPITALITY PROPERTIES, INC. as part of GAYLORD's conversion into a Real Estate Investment Trust.
