CMA Adds Nicole James And Michelle Jacobs To Their Team

The COUNTRY MUSIC ASSOCIATION has announced that they have added NICOLE JAMES as Senior Manager of Market Research and MICHELLE JACOBS as Strategic Parternships Coordinator to their team.
NICOLE JAMES will manage research initiatives related to CMA events and CMA Insiders, and will design, manage, and report research sources as part of the CMA’s efforts to provide the industry with insights to grow the Country Music fan base. She previously served as Senior Project Manager for Market Decisions Corporation in PORTLAND, OR where she managed all aspects of full service research. NICOLE will report to Senior Director of Market Research KAREN STUMP.
“NICOLE brings a unique combination of research skills and knowledge that allow her to quickly step into the role and make a positive impact on our research programs here at CMA,” said STUMP.
MICHELLE JACOBS will be responsible for the coordination and execution of partner programs within CMA events and provide assistance with partner project development, partnership fulfillment, event recaps, and presentation development. JACOBS previously worked as Sales and Marketing Coordinator for NASHVILLE’s HARD ROCK CAFE where she developed local partnerships for special events, managed philanthropic event activation, and oversaw the venue’s digital presence. JACOBS will report to Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships ANGELA MENDENHALL.
