Dial Global Stock Takes A 77% Tumble
November 19, 2012 at 5:22 AM (PT)
On FRIDAY (NET NEWS 11/16) ALL ACCESS reported DIAL GLOBAL posted disappointing Q3 financials. That came on the heels of THURSDAY's news (NET NEWS 11/15) that the company had notified the NASDAQ Stock Market of its intention to voluntarily delist from its Global Market.
Those moves severely impacted DIAL GLOBAL on WALL STREET, as investors reacted by selling off nearly 800,000 shares.
Before the "delisting" announcement, DIAL GLOBAL stock had closed at $2.02. By FRIDAY, the stock was down $1.55 to 47 cents -- a 77% drop.
The company expects DECEMBER 6th to be their final day on NASDAQ.
