HYMEN CHILDS' SERVICE BROADCASTING GROUP, LLC is selling Urban Oldies KKDA-A/GRAND PRAIRIE-DALLAS to SKR PARTNERS, LLC for $1,900,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.  The buyers have instituted a Korean-language format on the station.

In other filings with the FCC, JAMES AND DONNA KNUDSEN are selling Talk KWDJ-A and Hot AC KZIQ-F/RIDGECREST, CA to ADELMAN BROADCASTING, INC. for $220,000 and a time brokerage agreement before closing.

TALLGRASS BROADCASTING, LLC, through court-appointed receiver C. DAVID RHOADES, is selling Country KBIK and Religion KIND-A (GRACE 1010)/INDEPENDENCE, KS and Country KIND-F (INDY 102.9)/ELK CITY, KS to MYTOWN MEDIA, LLC for $310,000.  RHOADES previously filed to sell the trio to INDEPENDENCE MEDIA for $200,000 in a deal that did not close.

KMTX, LLC is selling Oldies KMTX-A, AC KMTX-F (STAR STATION 105), and K242BB/HELENA, MT to THE MONTANA RADIO COMPANY, LLC for $600,000.

OAK RIDGE FM, INC. has filed the paperwork to sell Talk WNOX-F/OAK RIDGE-KNOXVILLE, TN to JOURNAL BROADCAST CORPORATION for $6 million.

ALABAMA MEDIA INVESTMENTS, LLC is selling Urban AC WBBK-F (MAGIC 93.1)/BLAKELY, GA-DOTHAN, AL to ROBERT H. HOLLADAY's ALABAMA MEDIA, LLC for $260,000.

PEOPLE'S RADIO, INC. is donating Oldies KYAA/SOQUEL, CA to IHR EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING with a Time Brokerage Agreement starting JANUARY 1st.

SPIRIT & TRUTH, INC. is donating the construction permit for noncommercial KIHM-F/HATCH, NM to IHR EDUCATIONAL BROADCASTING for no cash consideration.

C. JEFFREY CHANDLER AND LOU ANN CHANDLER are transferring their 25%-each shares of TRI-STATE INSPIRATIONAL BROADCASTING, licensee of noncommercial Religion WFIX/FLORENCE, AL, to partners MARK ALLEN PYLE AND LISA MICHELLE PYLE for up to $60,000.  The PYLES will end up with 50% shares each after the transaction.

DAVID M. BAUGHN is selling his 500 shares of JRD, INC., licensee of Oldies WJRD-A and W271AM/TUSCALOOSA, to partner RONALD B. PRICE for $130,000, including paying off a note from the seller to the purchaser of $70,000 (remaining balance $36,691.67).

RADIO CACTUS, LTD. is selling Classic Country KBLT (KB RADIO RANCH)/LEAKEY, TX for RADIO DALHART, INC. for $32,000.  The station went silent late in 2011 after the passing of owner JOHN FURR.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF THE FINGER LAKES, INC. is selling FM translator W249CD/CAYUGA HEIGHTS, NY to SAGA COMMUNICATIONS OF NEW ENGLAND, LLC for $60,000.  The translator will rebroadcast Talk WNYY-A/ITHACA.

HEARTLAND MINISTRIES, INC. is selling FM translator W235AC/MADISONVILLE, KY to SOUND BROADCASTERS, INC. for $32,000.  The translator will rebroadcast the buyer's Country WFMW-A/MADISONVILLE, KY.

FAITH BROADCASTING, INC. is selling W295BB/FAIRHOPE, AL to GOFORTH MEDIA, INC.for $2,000.

RICHARD P. MARBURGER is selling W232AI/NILES, OH to HELEN M. BEDNARCZYK for $25,000.
