The UNIVERSITY OF GEORGIA's noncommercial WUOG/ATHENS, GA isn't broadcasting during most of daylight hours weekdays right now, but it isn't because the school's moved to a SUMMER schedule.
The station's signal has been deterimined to be interfering with the chemistry department's equipment, and a filter to allow the station and the equipment to co-exist will be installed in about a month, but until then, the station will sign on at 4p weekdays to allow the lab to study chemical reactions in planetary atmospheres; WUOG says it will broadcast until at least Midnight on weeknights and all day weekends.
