"CARMEN, JURKO AND HARRY" is minus HARRY now, reports TIME OUT CHICAGO's ROBERT FEDER, as HARRY TEINOWITZ exits the afternoon show at ESPN Sports WMVP-A (ESPN 1000)/CHICAGO.
"HARRY has done great work for the company for many years," a spokesman told FEDER. "While we decided to move in another direction, we wish him continued success."
TEINOWITZ has been with the station since 1998 and in afternoons since 2001; he previously co-hosted with SPIKE MANTON on WMVP's predecessor on the frequency, the old WLUP-A, and also served as sports anchor on DANNY BONADUCE and JONATHON BRANDMEIER's shows on WLUP and on PETE MCMURRAY's show on WCKG.
