FAMILY STATIONS, INC. is selling FM translator K290AG/STOCKTON, CA to KNOX, INC. for $30,000. The translator will rebroadcast Classic Country KSTN-A/STOCKTON.

In other filings with the FCC, RICHARD M. SCAIFE is selling his 700 shares -- 70% -- of CALVARY, INC., licensee of News KQV-A/PITTSBURGH, to 22 MIN LLC, owned by CHERYL SCOTT and ROBERT DICKEY, JR., the heirs of the late ROBERT W. DICKEY, for $200,000.   ROBERT W. DICKEY, SR. owned 20% of the company.

MEDIA ENTERPRISES, LLC is selling Spanish Sports KWEI-A (ESPN DEPORTES RADIO, LA CALIENTE)/NOTUS-BOISE, ID to TREASURE VALLEY BROADCASTING CO. for $20,000.

PENNSYLVANIA COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY is selling WPTC/WILLIAMSPORT, PA to WILLIAMSPORT LYCOMING BROADCAST FOUNDATION for $125,000.  The college is ending its Mass Media Communication major and has formed the foundation to maintain the station and continue the station's operation by students.

LEWIS AND CLARK TRANSLATOR ASSOCIATION has requested a Silent STA for FM translator K288EU/LEWISTON AND CLARK, ID due to "equipment failure of an unknown nature" and financial inability to conduct repairs.

WHITE PARK BROADCASTING, INC. has applied for an extension of its Silent STA for KKAR/WAMSUTTER, WY due to equipment failure.

CENTRO FAMILIAR CRISTIANO is requesting an extension of its Silent STA for KGIO/ASTORIA, OR because, "Upon taking control of the station and resumption of service, the poorly maintained equipment failed. The station requires what has now become a complete re-construction and that is taking more time and expense than initially expected."  The licensee has also asked for a Silent STA for FM translator K211ET/ASTORIA for similar reasons.

MAGIC VALLEY CATHOLIC RADIO has closed on the sale of KTFI-A/WENDELL-TWIN FALLS, ID to SALT & LIGHT RADIO, INC.

And the BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO HIGHLANDS UNIV. is assigning the construction permit for a new noncommercial educational FM in NEWCOMB, NM to the BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE CITY OF ALBUQUERQUE, NM for no monetary consideration.
