SCAIFE is selling his 700 shares -- 70% -- of CALVARY, INC., licensee of News KQV-A/PITTSBURGH, to 22 MIN LLC, owned by CHERYL SCOTT and ROBERT DICKEY, JR., the heirs of the late ROBERT W. DICKEY, for $200,000. ROBERT W. DICKEY, SR. owned 20% of the company.
