Salem Radio Network To Air 'Culture Wars' Initiative In August

The SALEM RADIO NETWORK will air a month-long, multi-platform initiative in AUGUST fosucing on “AMERICA’s culture wars.”  The programming will air on the network’s syndicated talk shows as well as SRN NEWS.

Among the topics to be addressed by the series, said VP/News and Talk Programming TOM TRADUP, will be the Supreme Court’s same-sex marriage ruling, broadcast indecency, and other issues. “Government seems unable to respond to alarming cultural developments, and our courts are increasingly thwarting the will of voters … especially parents,” TRADUP said. “SRN hopes to highlight the challenges facing AMERICA, and to provide solid, actionable ways men and women can stand up to the cultural backwash.”

Joining talk hosts BILL BENNETT, MIKE GALLAGHER, JANET MEFFERD, DENNIS PRAGER, MICHAEL MEDVED and HUGH HEWITT will be guests like RICK SANTORUM, the former Senator and presidential candidate who has taken the CEO reins at a DALLAS-based movie production company, ECHOLIGHT STUDIOS. The TRADITIONAL VALUES COALITION, PARENTS TELEVISION COUNCIL, ALLIANCE DEFENDING FREEDOM, and MORALITY IN MEDIA will also be heard from in the initiative.
