Corus Makes Changes To Executive Structure, Doug Murphy Named EVP/COO

CORUS ENTERTAINMENT has shuffled its executive personnel, with several changes to Pres./CEO JOHN CASSADAY's team effective SEPTEMBER 1st.
DOUG MURPHY, presently CORUS TELEVISION EVP/Pres., will become EVP/COO of parent CORUS ENTERTAINMENT and will add radio to his duties. SCOTT DYER will become EVP/Strategic Planning and CTO; GARY MAAVARA will be EVP/General Counsel, Corporate Secretary; KATHLEEN MCNAIR will become EVP/Human Resources, Corporate Communications and Chief Integration Officer; and TOM PEDDIE wil serve as EVP/CFO. Pres./Radio CHRIS PANDOFF and Head of Eastern ONTARIO and QUEBEC MARIO CECCHINI will report to MURPHY.
