ALL ACCESS hears a number of rumors as to why EDDIE "PIOLIN" SOTELO was suddenly removed from UNIVISION without notice earlier this week (NET NEWS 7/22).

Those rumors run the gamut from internal personnel issues to PIOLIN building out his own facility with plans for self-syndication -- and UNIVISION found out and pulled the trigger.

The later scenario has the most credibility and the word into ALL ACCESS is that those facilities are in the works and could be operational in 10 days or less.
