Jim Mahoney, Darius Van Arman Join SoundExchange Board

ASSOCIATION OF INDEPENDENT MUSIC (A2IM) VP JIM MAHONEY and SECRETLY LABEL GROUP co-owner/founder DARIUS VAN ARMAN have been appointed to the Board of Directors of SOUNDEXCHANGE. The new appointees replace A2IM President RICH BENGLOFF and TOOLSHED CEO DICK HUEY on the board.
SOUNDEXCHANGE President and CEO MICHAEL HUPPE said, "I am pleased to welcome both DARIUS and JIM to the SOUNDEXCHANGE Board of Directors.
