ListenerThink: Majority Of P1 Listeners Are Friendly And Down-To-Earth

In the final piece of this year's ListenerThink P1 research, MARK KASSOF looks at the common traits among the P1 audience. KASSOF says it's no surprise that "most listeners have a pretty positive view of themselves."
His research shows that P1s could have been BOY SCOUTS with their shared attributes: 63% are a "Friendly bunch," while 57% are "Down-To-Earth and Smart".
The survey indicates 54% of respondents are Intelligent.
Also of note, 46% are Music Fans, 32% are Conversative, while 19% are Liberal. The final category, Materialistic, received only 4%.
When breaking down the P1s by formats, KASSOF says, "Friendly" is favorite choice, picked four times.
