Sony Music Nashville Hosts Riverboat Cruise With Surprise Guests The Doobie Brothers

SONY MUSIC NASHVILLE hosted a riverboat cruise on the GENERAL JACKSON last NIGHT (2/20) and the event included performances by: BRAD PAISLEY, THE SWON BROTHERS, DEEJAY SILVER, LEAH TURNER, LOVE & THEFT, SARA EVANS, JERROD NEIMANN, CHRIS YOUNG and MIRANDA LAMBERT. GERRY HOUSE MC’d the event.
During MIRANDA’s performance, SONY MUSIC NASHVILLE CEO GARY OVERTON came on stage and presented her with a plaque for all four of her albums being certified PLATINUM.
“All I have to say is holy shitballs,” said MIRANDA.
The night wrapped up with special surprise guests, THE DOOBIE BROTHERS, coming out on stage to perform. CHRIS YOUNG joined them for “China Grove,” BRAD PAISLEY for “Long Train Runnin’” and SARA EVANS and BRAD PAISLEY for their final song, “Listen To The Music.”
SONY MUSIC NASHVILLE will release a tribute album to THE DOOBIE BROTHERS later this year.
