Mortgage lender VINSON MORTGAGE SERVICES, INC is facing a lawsuit from the ENTERCOM KANSAS CITY cluster. ST. LOUIS BUSINESS JOURNAL reports that ENTERCOM filed suit on FEBRUARY 11th against VINSON, claiming that the firm owes $52,059 for ads on Talk KMBZ-F, Alternative KRBZ (965 THE BUZZ), and Active Rock KQRC (98.9 THE ROCK)/KANSAS CITY.
Attorney JAY UMANSKY said that the balance was due NOVEMBER 1st, 2012 and that VINSON had not responded to requests for payment, but its attorney did send a letter that "did not in my client’s mind clearly set out any kind of dispute with the account, and beyond that, we could not reach any kind of understanding. There was no offer that my client was willing to consider.”
VINSON is also being sued by CBS affiliate KMOV-TV/ST. LOUIS for $68,175 in allegedly unpaid ad bills.
