FCC Proposes Fines Against Two Florida Pirates

The FCC has proposed fines against two alleged unlicensed radio station operators.
The Commission levied a $25,000 proposed fine against DAMIAN ANTHONY OJOUKU ALLEN for running a pirate station at 101.1 FM in FORT LAUDERDALE; ALLEN was previously fined for the same infraction on the same frequency in nearby POMPANO BEACH.
And a $15,000 fine was proposed against JEAN RICHARD SALVADOR, also identified as "KONPAMAN," for a pirate station on 89.5 FM ("BREEZ FM 89.5") in MIAMI.
