WMG Add Three New Directors To Its Board

WARNER MUSIC GROUP CORP. (WMG) has elected three new directors to its Board: AXEL SPRINGER SE Chairman/CEOMATHIAS DÖPFNER; economist, strategist and author NOREENA HERTZ; and PERFORM GROUP PLC Joint CEO OLIVER SLIPPER. With these appointments, the WMG Board increases from eight to 11 members.
