“It’s been a privilege to be PD of WJR," METHENY said. "Though I will miss my Michigander friends and colleagues, I look forward to returning to the BAY AREA and total immersion in the challenges and opportunities at KGO and KSFO, with sincere appreciation to RANDALL BLOOMQUIST, MIKE MCVAY and JOHN DICKEY for their confidence.”
Exiting the stations is RON ESCARSEGA. "I had a great run at KGO and KSFO," he told ALL ACCESS."KGO received the overall excellence regional award for news while I was the OM. The KSFO morning show was often in the top 5 during my time with the station. I'm looking for the next great opportunity.
