NPR Launches New NPR One News Streaming App

NPR has released NPR ONE, a new app for iOS and Android that offers a stream of public radio news and stories curated by the network and personalized to each user with the ability to skip stories, rewind, pause, and share.  The app has been in beta and moves to a soft launch TODAY (7/28).

The app also includes local news headlines and stories woven into the stream and the option to change local stations.  Unlike the previous NPR NEWS app, text-based stories are not pushed to users.
