Rivet News Radio Parent Raises $1.7 Million In Funding

HEARHERE RADIO, the parent of customized audio news app RIVET NEWS RADIO, has raised $1.7 million in funding via Convertible Promissory Notes from several major investors, including the ASSOCIATED PRESS, A.H. BELO MANAGEMENT SERVICES, WHITTIER VENTURES, RINGLEADER VENTURES, and several individual backers including CHICAGO venture capitalist STEVE MILLER.
CEO JOHN MACLEOD said, “Our team is proud to be funded by this trusted group of investors.
