CCM+E Top 40 WKTU/NEW YORK adds longtime local entertainment personality, CAROLINA BERMUDEZ, in a return to radio. She will join CUBBY BRYANT co-hosting 103.5 KTU Mornings from 6-10a beginning WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10th. BERMUDEZ is best remembered for her time at sister Top 40 WHTZ (Z100) as part of the ELVIS DURAN show, a position she left in 2011
"This is the ultimate homecoming -- we are excited to have CAROLINA back at CLEAR CHANNEL NEW YORK," said Market Pres. JOE PUGLISE. "She is an amazing talent who always connects with our listeners and a familiar voice that resonates with our advertising partners."
"CAROLINA is an outstanding talent who has a unique point of view, incredible energy and a successful history of waking up the TRI-STATE in the mornings," said SVP/Programming THEA MITCHEM. "The team of CUBBY and CAROLINA will be unstoppable."
"It's hard to believe that just 11 years ago, I was an intern at CLEAR CHANNEL in SOUTH FLORIDA. It was a privilege and honor to be a part of ELVIS DURAN AND THE MORNING SHOW for so many years and then do a few years on television," said BERMUDEZ. "I am thrilled to now work alongside one of the best guys in the industry, CUBBY, on 103.5 KTU. Big thanks to JOE PUGLISE, THEA MITCHEM and ROB MILLER for this incredible opportunity and for welcoming me back to the CLEAR CHANNEL family."
