DAN OLIN BOHANAN is selling Religion WLSG-A/WILMINGTON, NC to HARRY BROWN and ASHLEY MOSELEY's B & M BROADCASTING LLC for $60,000. The purchase includes assumption of the lease of EDGEWATER BROADCASTING's W231CL/WILMINGTON.
In other filings with the FCC, a receiver has been appointed to take over the shares of DAVID W. WINTERS (51%) and MELVIN WINTERS (49%) in QUICKSILVER BROADCASTING, LLC, licensee of Classic Country WJMT-A (PATRIOT COUNTRY 730) and Hot AC WMZK (MAGIC 104)/MERRILL, WI and FM translator W256AG (rebroadcasting WMZK)/WAUSAU, WI.
