WHWS-LP will be operated as a student-run station; HOBART AND WILLIAM SMITH COLLEGES owns full-power noncommercial Triple A-News/Talk WEOS (FINGER LAKES PUBLIC RADIO)/GENEVA, NY and an interest in noncommercial Triple A WITH/ITHACA, NY.
In other filings with the FCC, EAGLE BLUFF ENTERPRISES has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KDFN-A/DONIPHAN, MO because "the roof of the transmitter building developed a leak."
URBAN RADIO LICENSES, LLC has filed for Silent STAs for WLAY-A/MUSCLE SHOALS, AL and WVNA-A/TUSCUMBIA, AL due to the loss of its transmitter sites and its financial troubles; The station is seeking a non-profit to which it can donate the licenses or a minority-owned entity to which it can sell.
